Who felt that earthquake in So. Cal at 11:42 pm? OMG! I was so scared I didn't know what to do. For some reason it didn't register on my head after it just started shaking harder and I saw the ceiling moving. And, for some reason it slipped my head the dumbest idea that they were doing some sort of testing in the Manufacturing building here at our facility that involves some sort of vibration at which is really dumb since we don't even make products that big (i.e. jets or whatever) for the whole building to shake. Yea, that was a bit ditzy on my part. But man, my heart was palpitating. But hopefully, things weren't so bad in the Diamond Bar area (OMG, I thought of J.Rose and mzxjoey!) which was the epicenter of the quake.

On a lighter note, I'm going to have a "garage sale" going on in the future. I seriously have too many things that I'm not even using. I just feel really bad since it's just sitting there. Sad to say, but my babies probably deserve a better home. I just feel guilty keeping them there collecting dust. So yea, stay tuned for that because I'll have some MAC and probably sell some of my brushes as well.

  1. hey, anne. glad to know you're ok! at first, i actually thought it was a huge moving truck or something b/c our building sometimes shakes when we get deliveries. when i heard the walls rattling, that's when i hauled ass underneath the table. hehe.

i'm curious to know what you'll be putting up for sale. =)

  3. My friend in Cali said it was about a 5.4 or more? Glad to hear that you're ok! GA never have anything like that, so I get worry when I hear about earthquakes in CA because I have friends there. Be safe!

PLEASE keep me update on when that MAC sale will go on. =D Have a good day!

  4. when i went in to work they asked me about the earth quake & at first i thought they were kidding (all guys...we always joke around) then i realized they were serious. i was probably on the road when that happened so i didn't feel a thing but they said it was pretty scary there at work (we work on the 12th floor of our building)
glad to know you're okay & i'd probably try to make an excuse too!

btw THANKS so much for answering my questions so quickly!

  9. Hi Anne! Thanks for visiting my site. ^^

I'm glad to hear that you're safe! I wouldn't know what to do if I experienced an earthquake too! I rmb the last time I felt one, I thought I was just feeling really dizzy until I see the curtains swaying. lol.

Oh and about making your hair grow faster. I heard from my friends that if you eat alot of junk food, it makes your nails and nail grow really fast. lol. But I don't know if that myth is true!

But I DO eat junk everyday. =S

Btw, added you to the 'stalked' blogroll! =D~

  10. Aw, thanks for thinking of me! But I'm fine, I was in Fullerton at the bf's. But all my siblings and nannies were home, but they're all fine (surprisingly!).

I was just scared ): I was dead asleep, having a bad dream and I woke up to the shaking. Good thing the boyfriend protected me (: haha.

    I'm glad your fine, too!
