Oxfords and Stripes

Slowly but surely, I'm trying to make an attempt to wear the stuff that's already in my closet. I'm trying to be good and keep my shopping to a minimum because I still have clothes with tags on them. I need to work with what I have and as much as possible mix and match with what I already have.

The other night the bf and I went out for Korean BBQ for a friend's birthday. This gave me an excuse to dress up and fulfill a request from a someone on YouTube. She had requested a video on how I would wear my new V-stripped tights that I had previously shown in my haul video (which can be found here). I wish I had taken better pictures (or any pictures for that matter) but we were a bit in a hurry that night. This is the only picture I managed to take that night which I had also tweeted about.

These tights surprisingly kept me warm that night. I am also digging the v-stripped design even though they were a bit of a pain to line up for the pointy parts to all go in the same direction. Sadly, the tights won and I had left them alone to go on their own direction.

Watch the video:

Top: grey studded loose jersey dress, Forever 21; Ring: jewel connector bar, Forever 21; Tights: V-stripped tights, Forever 21; Hat: grey Fedora hat, Aldo; Shoes: black suede oxfords, Forever 21

On a completely random topic... did anyone watch last night's episode of Glee? Gweneth Paltrow was an  awesome guest star, and she still looks stunning at her age. I thought she was so adorable when she started singing Ceelo's "Forget you" song.
