Summer to Fall Lookbook: Crocheted Top

Here's the third and final look from my Summer to Fall Lookbook video (here are the first and second outfits in case you missed it). This look is a little more on the dressier side. But just because it got a little bit cooler, doesn't mean you can't wear your crochet top anymore. It's all about just layering. I really like pairing my crochet tops with high waisted anything. Even better if the clothing item you're pairing it with is made out of faux leather for extra warmth.

Sun's out, so the legs are out (although we are experiencing some serious June gloom right now). You can never have too many pairs of shorts if you live in LA. It makes me hot even thinking about wearing pants in a 90 something degree weather. These new Zara "mom" shorts easily crept in as my new favorite pair. I seriously have some weird obsession with unflattering cuts for some reason (aka man repeller). These shorts doesn't do much help with my tush, but I love how they look.

This shirt might have been a little too Hawaiian for Palm Springs, but I've been really liking ridiculously looking prints for summer. Speaking of summer, I'm kinda sad that it's almost over! But, I'm looking forward to fall season since it'll be time to bundle up. But then again, I live in LA where it's basically summer year round.
