Can you believe that March is nearly over?! We're already a quarter down through the year. Is it just me or time just seem to go by faster and faster as you get older?

In other news, I think I might just have found my latest TV obsession...

My weekends are wisely being spent catching up on Downton Abbey (while I painstakingly do my taxes... waaah). I was pretty surprised how hooked I was even after the first few minutes of the first episode, and I'm half way through the second season already. The show is just. too. good. The show is basically about the lives of the aristocrats and servants living in the Downton Abbey manor in the early 1900s. I also enjoy how they incorporate historical events in the story, and how each and everyone is dealing with the changes of their environment. The show is just well written, and it'll just get you hooked from the get go as you learn more about the characters. I will admit that because there are plenty of characters involved in the show, it was a little bit overwhelming in the beginning trying to figure out who's who (or the character's name alone). Btw, I'm still shipping Mary and Matthew together (no spoilers please, I'm only in season two, episode five).

  1. Such a cute look! Love the earthy green paired with black. I started watching Downtown Abbey, but never finished the first episode because I got so busy and forgot about it. It sounds like I should definitely start it again!
